For entrepreneurs, a business model helps you acquire investors and establishing partnerships. Even before you write a business plan, you need a business model. The business model gets described in the business plan document as well. So while you may not understand all aspects of the business plan it is critical to have an appreciation for the business model for your business. This is an eight hour online training session. You may log in and complete the assignments at your own pace; however, in order to take best advantage of our coaching system, we encourage you to follow our timeline. Once completed, you will be able to download your own professional business model to begin training your staff on how to become more income sufficient.
